l is excellent. Staff was friendly and very accomondating. We had an emergency and had to check out one day early and the manager refunded us the second day stay even though I asked her not to. Great service! Rooms are very nice. Lobby bar and restaurant are very good. The buffet breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel mexico or the states. Location is near everything you need in hermosillo an not that far from the airport.

Only one lift available, no kettle available, breakfast was chaotic. Dirty linen, wait forever for a coffee, every day!

First room was leaking water thru the light onto of the toilet. I call the front desk. They sent maintenance. And maintenance recommended to move me to another room. It was quick. I move me to another room.
